Viet Nam Artificial Intelligence Law Implementing Decree

Decree No. 142/2026/NĐ-CP details risk classification and implementation measures under Viet Nam’s Artificial Intelligence Law.

The Decree governs notification, labeling, incidents, high-risk conformity and impact assessment, the national AI portal, sandboxes, inspection, suspension and withdrawal.
