Viet Nam High-Risk Artificial Intelligence Systems List

Decision No. 33/2026/QĐ-TTg establishes Viet Nam’s list of high-risk artificial-intelligence systems.

The list covers designated uses in education, ethnic and religious policy, health, banking, judicial and administrative proceedings, and transport. It becomes effective on 15 August 2026 and has sector-specific transition periods.
